AI Rap Duo Terms of Service

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AI Rap Duo at airapduo.com, including its account features, two-person AI performance-video workbench, storage and download features, credits, subscriptions, payments, and support services.

In these Terms, "AI Rap Duo," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of this website and service.

By using the service, creating an account, submitting content, starting a generation, purchasing credits or a subscription, or downloading generated content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the Service Provides

AI Rap Duo provides a browser-based workbench for two-person AI performance videos on the homepage. You choose separate portraits for Person 1 and Person 2 or one photo containing both people, preview or crop your photos, and assign the people to the left and right performers in a built-in reference scene. The workbench does not provide custom lyrics or a user-written scene prompt.

The interface shows the applicable settings, credit cost, and account requirements before submission. Portrait selection and sample previews do not mean that a generation task has started; you must submit your photos to start a task.

The service may also provide generation history, previews, downloads, credits, and subscriptions where those features are available in the current interface.

Feature availability, supported models, duration, resolution, frame rate, aspect ratios, credit costs, and output formats may change. The controls and price shown in the live product interface before submission are the current source of truth.

AI generation is probabilistic. A task may take time, fail, time out, or produce a result that does not match your prompt or preserve every person, object, word, brand, or physical detail. We do not guarantee that every task will succeed or that every result will be unique, accurate, commercially suitable, or available indefinitely.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into these Terms, and not prohibited from using the service under applicable law, sanctions, payment-network rules, or our policies.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account and billing information.
• Keeping your login credentials and account secure.
• All activity performed through your account.
• Ensuring that your prompts, images, URLs, and other submitted content may legally be used by you.
• Contacting us promptly if you believe your account or payment method has been used without permission.

Some features require an authenticated account, sufficient credits, an active subscription, or another eligibility condition shown in the interface. You may create an account with email and password or sign in with Google where that option is shown.

User Content

"User Content" includes prompts, uploaded images, image URLs, instructions, generation settings, support messages, and other material you submit to the service.

You retain any rights you already have in User Content. You grant the operator of AI Rap Duo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, modify, display, and send User Content to service providers as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.

You represent that:

• You own User Content or have all permissions needed to submit and process it.
• Your use of User Content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.
• You have permission from both identifiable people whose portraits or likenesses you submit, including permission to depict them in an AI-generated performance.
• You have the necessary rights to any music, lyrics, recordings, or other media you add to a generated clip. Access to a built-in scene does not grant rights to third-party songs, performers, brands, or recordings.
• You will not submit highly sensitive, confidential, regulated, or illegal material, including government identifiers, financial account details, or medical records.
• Your User Content and requested output comply with these Terms and applicable law.

Generated Content

"Generated Content" includes images, videos, previews, files, metadata, and other output created through the service from User Content and selected settings.

Subject to these Terms, your payment obligations, applicable law, and relevant provider policies, you may use Generated Content for personal or commercial projects. However:

• AI-generated output may resemble output created for other users.
• We do not guarantee originality, copyrightability, trademark availability, non-infringement, factual accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before publishing, distributing, monetizing, or relying on it.
• You must not present deceptive AI-generated media as authentic evidence or use it to impersonate, defraud, harass, or violate the rights of another person.
• A generated rap performance does not prove that a depicted person spoke, sang, or endorsed the content. Do not misrepresent an AI-generated clip as a real recording or claim an endorsement you do not have.
• Faces, body movements, audio, and lip synchronization may contain errors. Review the full clip and any soundtrack before sharing.
• Platform, model, destination-service, or local-law rules may impose additional restrictions on your use.

We may restrict or remove access to content that appears unlawful, unsafe, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Credits and Generation Costs

Certain actions use credits. The estimated credit cost is shown in the product interface before a generation or other paid action starts. Video cost may vary by model, generation mode, resolution, duration, or other selected settings.

Current purchases are one-time Credit Packs named Starter, Small, Popular, and Creator. Purchased credits from these packs do not expire and the packs do not renew automatically. Older credits, promotional grants, and support adjustments retain the terms that applied when they were issued; a new purchase does not reset their expiration.

Credits:

• Are digital service units, not cash, stored value, a bank deposit, or a transferable financial product.
• Have no value outside AI Rap Duo.
• Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except where required by law.
• Do not expire when purchased through the current Credit Packs; older or promotional credits may have their own expiration.
• May be removed, reduced, or restored to correct billing, refund, chargeback, fraud, abuse, or technical errors.

If a task fails before a usable result is created, the service may automatically return credits or we may review the task. A completed result that does not match your subjective expectations does not automatically qualify for a credit return or refund.

Pricing, Plans, and Promotions

Current prices, included credits, renewal periods, feature limits, and promotional conditions are shown on the pricing page or checkout flow. Unless another currency is shown, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

The service currently offers one-time Credit Packs. New subscription purchases are not currently offered. Any future promotions or additional plans will be described in the interface before purchase. We may change future prices, credit costs, plan names, features, or promotions. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase except where required by law, needed to correct an error, or disclosed in the terms that applied to that purchase.

Promotional codes and credits may have eligibility rules, usage limits, and expiration dates. They may be withdrawn or corrected if issued or used in error, fraudulently, or contrary to the promotion terms.

Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by the provider shown during checkout. By submitting a purchase, you authorize the applicable provider to charge your selected payment method for the price, recurring renewal where applicable, and any displayed taxes or fees.

You must provide accurate billing information. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, we may suspend paid access, withhold or remove credits, cancel a subscription, restrict downloads, or request another payment method.

We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Payment providers handle payment credentials, authentication, fraud checks, invoices, receipts, and related records under their own terms and privacy policies.

One-Time Purchases and Earlier Subscriptions

Current Credit Packs are one-time purchases with no recurring charge and no renewal to cancel. If your account has an earlier subscription, its renewal and cancellation follow the terms shown when that subscription was purchased.

You can cancel an earlier subscription using available account or payment-provider controls, or by contacting support@airapduo.com. Cancellation stops future renewals after it takes effect; it does not automatically refund a completed charge or reverse credits already granted.

Depending on the plan and payment provider, access or remaining credits may continue until the end of the paid period or their stated expiration. Cancellation requests sent close to a renewal date may not be processed before the renewal, so use the available billing controls as early as possible.

Refunds

Our separate Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Because credits and AI processing capacity can be delivered or consumed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after credits are delivered, a generation starts, or a billing period begins, except where required by law.

We may review duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, missing purchased credits, incorrect billing, or verified technical failures that prevented access to the purchased service. Creative dissatisfaction with a completed AI result does not by itself qualify for a refund.

Digital Delivery

The service provides digital delivery only. Credits or subscription benefits are normally added to the account after the payment provider confirms a successful purchase. Generated content is delivered through on-site previews, account history, storage URLs, or download controls after processing completes.

Generation and delivery times vary with settings, service demand, provider availability, network conditions, and request complexity. If a paid benefit is not delivered because of a verified technical or billing problem, contact support for review.

Generation History and Storage

For Free accounts, My Assets displays completed results from generation tasks created within the last 7 days. Download any results you want to keep before they leave this history view.

An active paid one-time purchase with a valid credit grant provides access to earlier generation history that is still stored, even after the credit balance has been spent. Current Credit Pack grants have no expiration. An earlier subscription may also provide paid history access while it remains valid. If paid history access ends, My Assets returns to the 7-day view. Refunds, reversals, or account restrictions can affect access.

The 7-day limit controls which results appear in My Assets; it is not an automatic file deletion schedule. We do not guarantee permanent storage or recovery of deleted or otherwise unavailable results. See our Privacy Policy for information about data retention.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to create, upload, request, distribute, or support content or activity that:

• Violates applicable law or another person's rights.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
• Contains highly sensitive, confidential, or regulated information, including government identifiers, financial account details, or medical records.
• Contains pornography or other sexually explicit adult/NSFW material, including AI-generated or transformed text, images, or videos.
• Sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, or depicts minors in sexual or intimate contexts.
• Creates non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or content that depicts a real person nude or sexualized without that person's consent.
• Promotes illegal activity, self-harm, terrorism, violent wrongdoing, or hateful abuse.
• Harasses, threatens, defames, deceives, or impersonates another person.
• Facilitates fraud, phishing, scams, malware, spam, or deceptive commercial activity.
• Attempts to bypass content safeguards, payment controls, credit limits, rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Interferes with the security, availability, or integrity of the service or its providers.

All NSFW content is prohibited, regardless of the model, feature, account plan, or consent of anyone depicted. These restrictions apply whether the material is submitted as a prompt or upload, requested as an output, generated, transformed, or distributed through the service.

We may use automated content-safety screening, provider safety controls, and manual review where available. We may block a request, withhold or remove prohibited content, suspend or terminate an account, revoke fraudulently obtained credits, or cooperate with lawful requests where appropriate.

Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, AI generation, content safety, storage, payments, email, forms, customer support, analytics, and security.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, usage restrictions, output rules, and availability limits. We are not responsible for third-party outages, model behavior, policy changes, payment decisions, or network failures outside our reasonable control.

Service Changes and Availability

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue models, tools, plans, credit costs, storage behavior, account requirements, or other parts of the service.

We try to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Maintenance, high demand, provider outages, security events, abuse prevention, legal requirements, or technical changes may affect access.

Intellectual Property

The website, software, user interface, branding, documentation, and service infrastructure are owned by their respective operators or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or create a competing service from protected parts of AI Rap Duo except as permitted by law or written authorization.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, restrict generations, or revoke credits obtained through fraud or abuse if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or payment risk, harmed another person, or threatened the service or its providers.

Termination does not remove payment obligations or records that must be retained for billing, tax, security, fraud, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that Generated Content will be unique, legally protectable, commercially usable in every context, free from third-party claims, factually accurate, or accepted by any destination platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of AI Rap Duo and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or substitute services arising from use of or inability to use the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid through AI Rap Duo during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, pricing, providers, or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top of the page identifies the current version. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the website, account interface, or email.

Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
